Apartment Rental Application

Please read this panel carefully, these are the requirements for both the application process and residency. Your lease will contain them in greater detail.
Screening Fees, Security Deposit and Requirements:

There is a Non-Refundable Screen Fee of $45.00 per adult applicant

There is a $400.00 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee. If you would like us to hold your apartment for you, we will require this $400 to do so. It will become your Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee.

We do have an Income requirement of 2.5 (two and a half) times the monthly rental amount. Currently that would be $2,750.00/month for our 1 (one) bedroom apartment and $3,375.00/month for our two bedroom.

There is also a Credit Requirement. You need to have a credit rating of 630 or better to be considered*

* A Security Deposit of $100.00 to $1025.00 may be required for lower a score.

In case you were wondering, yes, we're pet friendly!
There is a non-refundable Pet Deposit of $250.00. There is a limit of 1 (one) pet per apartment, and your pet must be 25lbs. or less.
